BANANA HAIR SMOOTHIE!

 Ingredients:

-1 ripe banana

-1 egg

-3 tablespoons honey

-3 tablespoons milk

-5 tablespoons of olive oil

Why?

Banana: Moisturising for hair and scalp.

Milk and Eggs: Hair is made up of 70% keratin protein, both eggs and milk are packed with protein and will help rebuild any damage to the hair by filling in weak spots in the hair strands.

Olive Oil: Highly moisturising and strengthening for hair. 

Honey: Seals in the moisture and promotes hair growth

Method:

Give all the ingredients a quick blitz in the blender.

Comb through hair using a wide tooth comb.

Leave for up to 30 minute.s  

Rinse off the mask and shampoo to remove any excess oil.

Follow with our ONLY CURLS drying method for perfect frizz-free curls.

Results:

I’ve never tried banana products on my hair, not to mention a smoothie, but its pretty simple to do and probably super healthy!
