To all our Curly Friends,
I wanted to provide an update from Only Curls as we have understandably been receiving a few questions as to how the current Covid-19 situation is affecting us. Currently, I’m happy to say we are still open for business and are shipping out all orders as usual.
As a small business owner and Mum, I’ve been taking in the news and trying to navigate myself, my team and family through this safely, while minimising the impact to our lovely customers.
We have taken measures to safeguard our small team and have been working closely with our shipping and supply partners to ensure that everyone is working in accordance to the latest guidelines.
We’ll do everything we can to keep sending out orders to our curly community, as long as it is safe for us (and you) to do so.
Right now we’re currently shipping out orders on (almost) all of our amazing products. We are still hoping to replenish those few out of stock items within the next month. We’ll also continue to provide the best customer service, with unlimited curl care advice.
These are extraordinary and challenging times, and while everyone’s health and wellbeing will always be my main concern, I wanted to highlight the fact that many small independent businesses are going to struggle through this uncertain period. If you can, please support your local hairdressers, cafes, shops, and more. Many salons are currently offering gift cards as a way to help them through this.
I’m so grateful for your support over the last couple of years. It means more than you’ll ever know. While we are a very small family run company, I do expect that with your continued support we will make it through these challenging times ahead.
