Delivery & Returns
At this current time, we are pleased to say that we are still shipping orders. Delivery times will be affected slightly - but rest assured we're doing all we can to get your curly products to your door as fast as possible. Do allow us an extra couple of days on top of our standard delivery times listed below. Please see our Covid-19 FAQ page for further information. Or contact us if you have any questions.
We hope that you will be happy with you order. If for any reason you would like to return your item, please email email@example.com to arrange the return. We do not accept returns on used products.
Our returns address can be found here. Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the value of the purchases, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
