Delivery & Returns

Pre-order information
Please note that many of our items are currently available for pre-order only. Most items will be shipping week beginning 16th Sept, so delivery times below should be added onto the 16th September date to determine your delivery.

UK Delivery 
All orders are delivered via Royal Mail.  We aim to deliver your order 3-5 working days after payment has been processed.
We offer free tracked UK shipping on all orders over £40. For all orders under £40 tracked shipping is a flat rate of £3.
International Delivery 
Please note we are a UK based company and all prices on the website are based on the current exchange rate to GBP (£).  Your final order amount will be shown and processed in GBP.  If you are located outside of the EU you may incur additional customs charges that are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Europe (outside of the UK) 
We deliver to all countries within Europe.  We aim to deliver your order 5-7 working days after payment has been processed. We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over £55. For all orders under £55 tracked shipping is a flat rate of £8.
USA and Canada
We deliver to both USA and Canada, but please note that any customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.   
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over £60. We aim to deliver your order within 12 working days after payment has been processed. Occasionally there are short delays in customers that are beyond our control. For all orders under £60 tracked shipping is a flat rate of £12. 
We also offer a premium express shipping service that can be selected at checkout. This takes up to 5 working days and is a flat rate of £20
Rest of World 
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over £100. We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days after payment has been processed. Occasionally there are short delays in customs that are beyond our control.For all orders under £100 tracked shipping is a flat rate of £20. Please note that any customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please email info@onlycurls.com if you have any questions regarding international delivery.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with you order.  If for any reason you would like to return your item, please email info@onlycurls.com to arrange the return. We do not accept returns on used products.

Our returns address can be found here.  Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the value of the purchases, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
