We'll do everything we can to get your orders with you before Xmas, however pls note that delays through the delivery network (example delays in customs & duties) are beyond our control. Please place orders in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
All orders are delivered via Royal Mail. We aim to deliver your order 3-5 working days after payment has been processed.
We offer free tracked UK shipping on all orders over £40.
For all orders under £40 shipping is a flat rate of £3.
Please note we are a UK based company and all prices on the website are based on the current exchange rate to GBP (£). Your final order amount will be shown and processed in GBP.
Europe (outside of the UK)
We deliver to all countries within Europe. All orders are delivered via Royal Mail. We aim to deliver your order 7-10 working days after payment has been processed.
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over £55.
For all orders under £55 shipping is a flat rate of £8.
USA and Canada
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over £60. We aim to deliver your order 7-10 working days after payment has been processed.
For all orders under £60 shipping is a flat rate of £10.

Rest of the World
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over £100.
For all orders under £100 shipping is a flat rate of £20.
International orders may incur additional customs charges that are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the value of the purchases, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
